PackZilla is a warehouse automation startup tackling the billion-euro problem of inefficient warehouse workflows and underutilized space in trucks and pallets for small and mid-sized logistics operations. Most SMEs still rely on manual measuring, packing guesswork, and outdated tools—leading to inefficiencies, damages, and wasted capacity. Our plug-and-play mixed reality system enhances warehouse workers with AI-powered glasses that guide them step-by-step, scanning, dimensioning, and optimizing package placement in real time. By combining monocular depth estimation, spatial computing, and reinforcement learning, PackZilla enables faster, smarter, and damage-free order fulfillment. We target SME logistics companies and 2PL/3PL providers—especially across Europe who want enterprise-grade efficiency without the enterprise-grade cost.
